About Max
Max Harvey is the Principal at MAX Strategy Consulting. He is a certified executive coach with qualification in change management, human resources, and risk management.
Prior to establishing MAX Strategy Consulting , Max held executive and senior leadership positions with high performing teams in service with the Royal Canadian Navy, Elections Canada, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as a number of community and non-profit organizations. Integral to this wide experience in strategy, corporate services, and operations has been the unique opportunity to work with an incredibly diverse range of personalities and talents to maximize potential and to deliver performance, service excellence, and results.
Max completed his Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C. As a member of the International Coach Federation, he proudly abides by their high ethics and standards of competency and practice.
He received his MBA from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador, a Staff College Diploma from the Canadian Forces College in Toronto. He has credential in human resource management (CHRP), change management (Prosci) and risk management (University of Toronto).
